little lights in the bumper/fog lights

Yes I used the search feature and found nothing. Ok so my little lights (OEM) dont work. i have no fog light switch so I figured they came on with the parking lights/headlights. I changed the bulbs due to the old ones being blown and still no lights. Is there a separate fuse? All my other lights inside and out all work with no problems. Any help would be appreciated and thank you.

You might check fuse CB-5, and if that's ok, remove your tailllight relay and re-seat it to make sure it's getting good connections.
