I read the faq and still do not understand how to upload pictures.

Click Gallery, then Gallery Links, then Upload and choose files.

Don't panic, I had the same problem when I tried to post pics. I was told by all the "Seniors" the same thing; but Moncha got me all fixed up with this suggestion:

It would be a setting in IE. If you don’t have menus showing, hit the “Alt” key to show them. Go to “Tools” and click on the “Compatibility View Settings” and add the site.

IE: Internet Explorer

After that, you should be able to see the missing tabs.
