    Mars theme VX? Anyone?

I'm wondering if anyone in our group has worked the inside and outside of their VX to further the "Mars" theme. Kind of the Sci fi theme instead of the street racer one?
Have you all seen the Russian VX painted like a planetary rover?

I just ordered personalized plates " MARS ATV" and due to my life long love of scifi I will be working my VX towards that fantasy of a mars atv!! I'm hoping for the front skid plate I ordered. That will be a start. The Izuzu will come off the front and back and some sort of official badging like "NASA's Planetary Exploration Prototype Vehicle" will go on somewhere!!!

Love to hear from anyone who is doing a Mars or a Lunar theme.
(WE DONT WANT TO DRIVE AROUND ON URANUS!!!)

TO THOSE WHO THINK ITS LAME, SORRY YOU DONT JUST GET IT!!!
    .......I THINK ITS KEWL!!!

    THANKS,

    DAVE

    Hello again!!

Here is a cool little clip I found on the Russian site of a VX at an auto show. Looks like this russian guy/gal does some intense airbrushing!!

    Thanks "2K1 1K2"

Now that is the tackiest alien job I've ever seen....like out of a very very bad
    "B" scifi movie!!

Of course I'm going for the "real look" so instead of folks asking me who makes this vehicle they will ask when NASA will be sending one to Mars!!!

    Thanks again,
    Dave

It's a neat idea, I'll give it that. I don't think that paint job looks too good... some of the details should be real (raised details 3-D stuff, even if not functional), not painted on, and the color scheme wouldn't be my first choice. But hey, it's definitely unique, and it is kinda cool all the same.

That second one just plain sucks though.

Going back to the Russian one, I'd like to see a version along the lines of a more traditional USAF paint scheme with black on grey, or maybe along the lines of the USAF Thunderbirds demonstration team's paint scheme.

Well, you should read the text below and techno spec describes the ammo painted on VX. My wife is a proffesional artist and she liked the pain job

    Hey Andrey,
Are you going to let your wife give it a go on your VX??
She can do it up in photoshop first!!!
Love to see her ideas if she is thinking of it now,
    Dave
