MY Heat shield rusted off the exhaust manifolds, was wedged against steering shaft. Kind of odd as to why it was intermittent but probably because it was shifting around.

well its been a week and no more noise car runs great again, btw i changed the transfer case fluid first and that seemed to fix the problem and then for precaution i also changed the diff fluid but it was the transfer case fluid that solved the problem/
I still cant believe that it was just replacing the fluid that solved that problem due to the fact tthat the noise was so bad but it did
