Denver Area Trail Day June 27

Would anyone be interested in doing a trail near the Denver area in the next couple of weeks? I was thinking of trying Slaughterhouse Gulch, Twin cone peak, Moon gulch road or Loch Lomond trail. They all rank 5 in the trail guide here http://www.4x4trails.net/ and are fairly close to Denver so we could make it a day trip. There are lots of other trails we can try if you have one in mind not to far from town.

I chose 6/13/15 but we could pick another day if the 27th does not work for anyone, I would prefer to go with at least one or two other people as I have not been on any of these trails before.

I am open to anything my VX is capable of doing, now that I know it can do more than I thought I want to do more trails.

Maybe we can exchange brand new headlight gaskets for a skid plate when we meet, or if you want I can stop by your work tomorrow as I am going to be doing some site visits tomorrow only a few blocks from your work.

    Question Trails

Please post any cool trails I have not listed and your top choices so we can all decide on a place and time to go.

Can my VX do difficulty level of 7? not sure I will have the 33" tires before the 27th, and I do not have lockers. I am working on making the VX more capable but it will take some time.

I looked up a few more trails not to far from town.

    Trail difficulty - 5
    Slaughterhouse Gulch
    Twin cone peas
    Moon gulch road
    Loch Lomond trail

    Trail difficulty -6
    Radical Hill
    Bill Moore Lake
    Leavenworth Creek

    Trail difficulty - 7
    Spring Creek
    Jenny Creek

FYI - I got some body damage on Spring Creek not having any rock sliders at the time. Tom avoided this damage by removing his driver side door cladding before going through the obstacle. Your VX can do it but...

Slaughterhouse is fun but not very challenging except for two optional chute climbs and one rock obstacle on the way out.

I haven't done any of the other trails.
    There's no 'I' in denial.
