You should be able to twist and then pull the front bumper running lights (round lights) out. They only twist 1/4 to 1/2 of a turn. Once you pull them out I believe that there is a snap/lock connection that you can undo to completely remove them.
The round "lights" in the rear bumper are actually reflectors (unless yours have been replaced). The reflectors have a threaded rod on the back of them and are held in place by a nut on the back side of the bumper. You may have to contort yourself to get behind the bumper to see the nut, but it should come off fairly easily.
