Does the PV2 install in the same place as the stock muffler? If I have to add a pipe to it, which end gets the pipe? Thanks Bruce

I had them place it in the center of where the old one was. They welded two additional pipe pieces to both the front and back so it was evenly spaced. Then they used clamps to attach the PV to the actual pipe. That way if I ever needed to take it off it wasn't welded on.
I know some people on the forum have mentioned having a higher pitched sound (wheezing) when mounted more towards the front.
Bend over and face the pipe, you'll notice that both ends will take the pipe. Probably the best place for the pipe is the rear. Although you will get some debate on this as some prefer the pipe in the front.
Alright... put down the porn mag and answer the question!!!Originally posted by VX_PA

I couldn't resist. I always seem to get into trouble when I talk about the pipe.
The answer is the rear, and that's for real!!
