HELP. Where is the TCM

I have 2001 VCross and I need ti find the TCM. Can some help. Thanks

The TOD control module is located under the passenger front seat.

The Main ECU is located center of the dash at the very bottom.

The TOD Computer is under the carpet under the passenger seat.

I have found a reference for TCM in the VX Shop Manual, but only for the acronym. However, there is also the shift mode control sensor. It is in on the shift shaft of the transmission, driver side, covered by a stainless cover plate that just snaps into place.
