Ignition Coils - red or black?

I searched but had no luck. Sorry uf this was discussed in the past. I bought the VX about a week ago and so far, its little things that I have questions about.
One side or thr motor has black ign coils and the other side has red. Is there an issue with keeping it this way? Is there a difference in output etc between the two or is one better than another? If so I will change so all are the same. Any one know if they are the same? Thanks!

The black one ones are from a Trooper. They have the same output so no real difference other than the color.
