Connecticut Casino meet??

Hey all,

It's getting to be that time again. Who's up for the 2nd Annual Connecticut Casino Cruise? We should be able to top the 12 from last year, right? I know there are a lot more northeast VX owners on the board than there was a year ago.
This will be our 2nd anniversary (Vicky and me) and we haven't decided where to go yet, so I thought I'd test the waters and get everyone's input.
Last year, we did Mohegan Sun and that was great, and I would love to go back. But after driving by Foxwoods and seeing how BIG it is, I'd like to check that out, too.

We are looking at Valentine's Day weekend, Feb 13-15, maybe do the VX meet on Saturday around 11am? The concert calendars don't show much for that weekend (besides Julio Iglasias. Woo hoo! ), but I'm sure we'll keep busy, and hopefully keep warm!

Let me know if you guys have any thoughts.

I'm in again. I'd vote for Foxwoods though, mohegan is a dump by comparison. Much better tables, and huge smoke free area.

And, no rediculous 3 hour waits for food.

Foxwoods is a lot better, count me in Brian. I wish all the VXers many plesant miles in their VX's in 2004 !

My VX was just at the Sun yesterday, wasn't too shabby.

If the weather is good that weekend I'll see if I can borrow our 4X4 club's balancing platform so we can have some fun in the parking lot.
I will also contact Foxwoods and find out where we can meet and get specific directions.

My ?? is the same as VehiX... But I think any gettaway would be nice at this point. Damn, I wish I could fly my VX up there... I heard one of the buttons deploys wings right?

I drove to pittsburg for new years, not a bad trip... I can do this. I don't have to have full size spare and CB, etc, etc right?
I've been out in the country gettin' dirty down here, but never to a meet.... I am still at about 90% right now...
