Does anyone have a GIF of a VX that they could resize to 128x97? It cant be any bigger than 18KB tho. Im lookin for this for my phone screen saver.... Please can anyone help? I saw one in an earlier post but it was too big. I wish I had photoshop

Sorry I just changed my avatar to the image I would like resized to 128x97 and cut to 18KB in size........
