    Question 2-way Radio Use

    Curious to know how many, if any, VXers use (GMRS/FRS) 2-way radios to chat during meets?

    I do! As well as Citizen Band Radio.. That way you can talk with just about anyone..

    Same, here. I carry a 14-channel Citizen Band handheld and a FRS radio.

    Yeah, I'm looking at putting a CB in my VX too.
    Will add a fake ant too. So there will be 3 ant in back.
    Will post pic when done.

    I do. Will be adding a CB eventually. Seems at most of the bigger 4X events CBs are the rule of thumb since they have much better range.
