Hey Guys.
I am looking for a bike rack for the VX.
I am looking for something that will keep the bikes on at 90 mph and still not too noisy.
2-3 bikes.
Any inputs?
Also I don't have the cross bars on my VX but the rails are there.

Get a hitch installed and run an aftermarket Hitch Mount @ the rear of the VX. Then you can run all you want @115mph and be fine. ZERO Wind noise.
Yes, good idea... in fact, get a swing-away hitch mounted rack and keep it on all the time, even when you open the rear hatch!
I have Tone's hitch plus a Sportworks bike rack system

These are the same type of rack that commercial buses
use in big cities (usually on the front.)
I like the fact that you don't have to take off any wheels
when transporting bikes.
I have been very happy with my rack.

Tone's hitch and an inexpensive rack manufactured by Valley Corp sold by UHall, holds 4 bikes or 4 sets of skis. Great deal..

My Yakima Anklebiter racks have no issues at 90mph, but loading 4bikes onto my roof isn't something I'd look forward to. I have a Load Warrior, and an Anklebiter on each side of the basket. Works pretty well.
