    Question Will these fit??

    I am thinking about getting some big wheels for summer time if they will fit. The package I am looking at is 22" Foose Spank Wheels with 305/45/22 . I currently have 31x10.5x15 Good Year MTR tires with some cranking on the torsion bars and some trimming of the cladding. I would like to have some wheels and tires for summer, so I could swap back and forth without adjusting the torsion fars every spring and fall. Thanks, Joe

    A 22" will really throw your instruments for a wild gamble. The largest wheel I know of here is a 20" and it works, so you might have to be the pioneer for 22"s and find out. With that lower profile tire though, I "imagine" you MIGHT be on the safer side.

    I also think tdawg has some 22"s as well that he puts on in the summer for shows. Hey maybe you can be the first to have 23" or even 24"s. I will worship your VX if you did

    Those should work if you can fit those BFGs, just remember that this wheels combo will weigh a lot more than your current setup, so adjust for braking distance etc. You will be impresed as to the new found street manors with these but your performance will also suffer do to the indcreased rotating weight, go for it man, i want to see pics. I love those wheels, good choice.;Dr;

    Figured I would drop my .02 on this.
    Like Bantan said I do have the Diablo Macho SP6 in 22X9.5 with 265/35R22 Pirelli Scorpion Zero Asimmetrico tires that I use for car shows in the summer. They run sweet IMHO. Right now I'm running AR Hype 20X8.5 with 275/55R20 Hankook Ventus which also run sweet. 275/5520's run slower but at least I wont get pulled over for speeding. while the 265/35R22's run just a hair faster.

    That's some hotness. Looks like there's no gap up front. Did you lower the VX at all? More pics!
