Dallas - do you know the K & N part number for the cone filter that everyone seems to be using?

Sorry, I don't. There are so many filter options through K&N that it's hard to post one part # that everyone uses. You should look for a cone filter with a 3" opening (outlet).

You should be able to find a K&N for around $40, and something similar for possibly cheaper.

I can get the kn for you if your interested. I do not have any in stock but can get ahold of them. I can not do much with the price but $45 plus shipping. Thats the stock drop in filter. Is it worth it?

ok i replaced it with a bosch regular air filter yesterday so next time i am going to use the KN. I appreciate the knowledge.
