Headunit Plug - Need one!

I'm in need of the plug (I think is a female plug) that connects to the back of the original VX headunit. I planning to install the headunit and cd changer in my daughter's truck.

Does anyone have this part available?

Do a search on Metra for the isuzu - they seem to be the gold standard for plugs.
