    submit a VX complaint

    For all those interested I found this on the Isuzu web site.


    "Notice to purchasers and lessees of Isuzu Motors America, Inc. vehicles
    Isuzu Motors America, Inc. participates in the BBB Auto Line, an alternative dispute resolution program administered by the Council of Better Business Bureaus (4200 Wilson Boulevard, Suite 800, Arlington, VA 22203), through local Better Business Bureaus.

    If you have a problem with your new Isuzu vehicle we encourage you to bring it to our attention by calling the Isuzu Owner Relations Department at 800-255-6727. If we are unable to resolve the problem, you may file a claim with the BBB Auto Line.

    To learn about filing a claim with BBB Auto Line, enter your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) in the field below, then click "Submit"."

    I posted the link from ISUZU web site that an owner can post their complaints .Kudos for Isuzu to put it on their web site. I haven't seen this done for other OEM's.

    Blown Engines that Isuzu won't cover might be a reason.... It is also a good form to document the problems. It is a good idea to have this on the forum archives for those looking for information to complain to if Isuzu won't do anything about it.

    Something, or nothing. Don't complain unless you want to, and obviously you haven't nothing to complain about, so don't.
