You must remember that for every seller of their VX, their is a new buyer.

And the profiles of the VX owners will be changing as our vehicle ages, and also passes into newer hands. Some people will drive their venerable VX into an early grave, and others will treat the VX as a real undiscovered, and unique classic that will grow into a long term committment to preserve and enjoy it.

This site, I think, will become more and more specific to those of us who look at the VX as a classic anomaly of form and design, and will do what we can to etch out the VX's proper place in auto history.... all the while enjoying the ever increasing scarcity of the VX itself.

Ditto, good post. I can't imagine selling mine, I'll probally be a VX lifer by replacing any part that wears out. I see an older man (70s or 80s) driving around town in his 67 Mustang that looks like it just rolled off the assembly line, hopefully I'll be able to do the same with this special vehicle.
