Does anyone have a Vehicross Logo as a high quality jpeg , gif or BMP file for me?
I am thinking of making new logo covers for the wheels.

If you get a photo of it, I can make an Adobe Illustrator EPS or DXF out of it. You can use that for CAM tooling.

Dutchguy:

EXITING !!!!
hello transio,
are a few days over yet?
Ya know there are a lot of artistic vx owners (self included). I'm sure we can design our OWN (not this web site's or Isuzu's) logo that would look REAL sharp. I made a rough drawing a few months ago but I don't have a scanner or photo shop, I'd like to turn it lose to some of the talent on this site and see what can be done with it or someone can create their own. All I would need is a snail mail address, any one interested??? If so e-mail me your address dondfd@hotmail.com

Put in 86 hours at work last week. Sorry for the delay!Originally posted by thedutchguy

Ok, here it is.... If it's imperfect, it's because of the lack of quality of the original:

You can probably tweak it to perfection with a better photo to look at.
Let me know what you think!
Steve
Thank you steve, the png. example looks really nice!
I'll get to work with it and show you the result when it's finnished.
Richard
Welcome, Richard. The PNG is a raster export of the AI file, with a transparent BG. The AI is a lossless vector artwork. It would yield better results for you.
So what ever became of this?
I've aquired a billet of solid aluminium and had slices cut off with a sawing machine.
Then I Machined them flat with a milling machine.
I have a friend over here who has a lot of cad/cam experience, who promised me to makeme a 3d file which can be used in a CNC milling machine.
So now I'm waiting for him to finish the file, but he's very busy at the moment making al sorts of parts and designs for Ducati Europe and Yamaha Japan.(Yes, He's one of the best in the world)
I'm sure it will be beautifull, and promise to post pics of the result!
Ah, I coulda made a DXF (digital exchange format) vector outta the file for ya. That would have been better for CAD / CAM usage.
