Trans Interceptor Question

Hello,

I am wondering if installing the trans interceptor will bypass the transmission mode switch. Mine is going bad, and I don't want to replace it if I can upgrade to the interceptor instead. (yes, I will fix/attend to the possible wiring harness problem under the headlight first. )

I don't think it has anything to do with the switch. Just modifies signal to solenoids in trans for torque converter lockup and line pressure.
