Meet in Northern NJ?

Weeknights are hard for me since I have to be up at 5am. Im in for a weekend meet or even a friday night one.

Weekend would be better, people are traveling for the meet and must take into considerartion that if we meet at 8, what time will we possibly get home after socializing and traveling, on top of getting up for work early the next morning, and also like i said previously, how can you appreciate anyones mods in the dark, and be able to take pics and post on the board,.,,, i'm excited about a meet, but it has to be a weekend so it will accomodate most members..

Hi everyone!
Since no one has made a comitment to meet tonight I'm calling it off.
I am not avaiable weekends so someone else will have to organize a weekend meet.
If anyone in the future wants to meet some weekday evening just to eat and chat let me know. Of course it not the best time to see mods on the VX's but I thought food, drink and conversation would be just as much fun.

Did you guys drop the plans for meeting in Jersey? If you can come up with a definite date(before the white stuff starts flying)count me in. I can make the 4 hour drive down to Bergen but it would have to be weekend thing. thanks...John

I am upstate NY weekends so not around for a meet. I had tried a local eveing meet but no one commited to it so ......someone else needs to take the ball and run with it on the weekend!

So let's try for something around upstate NY instead. I'm only 1 hour N.E. of Albany, somewhere between Bennington and Rutland Vermont.

I'm in Liberty NY weekends renovating condos. That is actually more west than north. But I'd be up for a meet in that area. I'm 15 min from the Monticello Race track where they have installed video slots and soon to build a casino!
I could even invite everyone over to my complex for a sauna, steam, jacuzzi and swim in the indoor pool!

Sounds like a good plan.. Let's see if we can shake some more VX's out of the trees for that. I'll need about a weeks notice to arrange a weekend off from my Retail management job...but that's easy to do.
