    Wheel'in Hackberry Creek

ME (Triathlete), Jeff (TucsonVX) and Victor (VCAMILO) took a little trip this weekend to do some wheel'in and camp'in. We met up Saturday morning in Superior, Az. and then headed out and hit Hackberry Creek. This trail has some beautiful scenery and enough rocks, ruts and fun to keep you on your toes. After that we refueled and headed to Walnut Canyon. Lots of big towering cliffs and we wheeled into the dark. We found a clearing, sat up camp, grilled some steaks and ,thanks to Victor and his 17" laptop, watched "Starsky & Hutch" (well at least all of it except the last 20 minutes when the battery went dead :homer: Doh!). Woke in the morning, ate some omeletes and packed the gear. Then we finished the trail with only a few "planned" detours. Okay, so we got lost a few times! But then again we've been there done that before . Here are a few pics from the trip...

    ....and nobody called me.

.....But I would probably be to much of a puss to take it off road.
