Newhead unit w/stock CD changer?

Has anyone found a replacement head unit yet that will work with the stock CD changer?

Or is there a new head unit you can buy with its own in dash CD changer?

I want a new head unit with seperate input and outputs so i can hook up my satellite receiver and an amp and do away with the cassete player (do they even make cassetes anymore????)

I really like the indash changer feature though and dont want to give it up.

Also the standard unit really sounds pretty good, is that because its a good quality head unit or speakers or both? Anyone know who its made by?

The factory units are Eclipse by Fujitsu 10.
any eclipse unit will work.
In my opinion Eclipse is one of the best head units available
