I'd call that VX lightly frosted. Check out page 2 of my gallery for some pics of my VX surrounded by other cars burried in 2+ feet of powder

Figures........ I leave Detroit to go skiing in Vermont, and I miss the snow! All we got in Vermont was an inch of solid ice. Passed another VX on the way home though. Any claimers? Kaiser Silver, on Route 4 in Vermont on Sunday afternoon?
