The First Amendment allows freedom of expression, yes. That allows him to do whatever he wants to his VX to express his individuality, as long as it complies with laws (e.g. no blue / red lights, etc). In answer to your question, the First Amendment also allows freedom of speech That allows us to discuss whatever we want so long as it's not slanderous in nature. So as long as you don't libel him (e.g. "you're smoking crack") or threaten him (e.g. "i'm gonna tear that thing off your car and beat you with it"), you can say whatever you want about his spoiler thingy (e.g. "that's the ugliest thing I've ever seen").

Personally, I like it as a step forward in aero-mods, and I also think this thread has value in that it allows us to see and discuss things that members are doing with their VX. That is the purpose of this forum, after all.
