    Need a pic of or.....

    diagram of the wiring or a SAFC(not sure what that is).

    safc is from apexi. basically its a piggy back fuel management(i could have it mixed up with the afc) but the apexi website should have it.

    SAFC = Super Air/Fuel Controller. Very familiar with both first and second gen AFC from my DSM.

    It works by intercepting and altering the MAF signal to make the ECU think there is more or less air than there really is. This allows you control of fuel.

    This also has enough range to blow the engine if you don't know what you're doing, or how to tune.

    Before you even think of altering mixture you need a way to datalog whats going on. You need to be able to see airflow, spark advance, short and long term fuel trims, knock sensor output, O2 readings, and you'll need either EGT or broadband O2, prererably both.

    Our ECU is GM based, a better way might be LS1 Edit, or similar software based solution since we have addressable ECU.
