I just got my new rims today and now I need tires. BFG has a MT KO in 285/65R18 (32.58"), will this tire fit with some trimming or am I pushing it too far? Maybe cranking the torsion bar a bit might help? Please help me out.

The 285's should fit the well without any problems. I saw your new rims...sweet! I don't think you will have any problems fitting them, you may have to crank a little but no prob!

It depends on the offset and width of the wheel - any more than stock and you WILL have to trim front and rear of the opening. Running 31x12.50 ATs on the common black rock crawlers requires trimming front AND rear of front tire opening.
The rims are 18x9 with a 5" backspace and a +2mm offset.
Well I am lifted 3.5" and running 33x12.5 and I had to trim (a lot of the) front and rear of my front cladding, (see my gallery to see the trimming in rear of front fender) so I am going to venture to say that they will be a bit big. I would stick to something closer to a 31" tire if you can find one for an 18" rim.
I'm not an expert on this by any means, but think your trying to go too big.
2001 Ironman Daily Driver... 3.5" suspension lift (OME912 springs and 1" spring spacer), ball joint flip, 1.5" front diff. drop, 33"x12.5 TrXus MT, 16x10 Eagle Alloy rims, Interceptor, PV muffler, K&N air filter, Alpine Supercharger, Bilstein shocks, and some trimming.
2000 Ironman Project LS-1 VX... very slow progress but someday....... ohhhhh someday......
Yeah I kinda thought I was asking too much with a tire that big. Any reccomendations for something like 285/60R18 ?
