I'm at 80k on my 2000 Ironman & looking to get the tranny serviced. Anyone know a place I can get this done by someone who KNOWS WHAT A VX IS for a decent price? I hate letting people work on my truck who say "What is that? Its a what?"

I see you're in Ft Worth. I'm from Plano and took my VX to Crest Isuzu/Infinity to be serviced and for warranty work (before I started doing my own work). They seemed pretty knowledgeable and even mentioned they had seen the EGR nut (that comes loose often) come loose on another VX and a few other Troopers in the past... stating it was common.
Other than that, I can't tell you if they will give a decent price... besides that, it is on the other side of the Metroplex anyway, so good luck!
