Xterra is getting a big boost in 2005 to the tune of 265 HP, Hill decent and climb assist as well as a REAR locker.

    LOL! Good call
2001 Ironman Daily Driver... 3.5" suspension lift (OME912 springs and 1" spring spacer), ball joint flip, 1.5" front diff. drop, 33"x12.5 TrXus MT, 16x10 Eagle Alloy rims, Interceptor, PV muffler, K&N air filter, Alpine Supercharger, Bilstein shocks, and some trimming.

One owner has made the plunge

An owner on the Xterra forum made the plunge and installed the kit on his. Says it works very nice rock crawling.

Calmini has it listed on their sight right now minus the donor parts. Interestingly that they are using wagy D44 axles which I believe is the axle of choice for Isuzu SAS conversions.

I thought the Xterra was pretty nifty til I had a look under the hood. Owning Isuzus will spoil you in the worst way for having exceptional engine compartment layout. The Nissan looked like the dumped the engine in and piled hoses and wires galore all over it.

Plus they roll real easy too. A new one just got turtled in front of my place during the last rallycross even, all from hitting a patch of sand on the dirt road.
Over 20 years of Isuzu enjoyment...
