The BEST HIDs yet!

I am trying the newest HID hi/lo that Tone will be offering and am very pleased, had been running HID but these new ones have much whiter brighter light, never thought possible til I saw the comparison. Also much better light distribution, and true hi/lo, not just a little shift in lighting, full down the road view in hi beam! Tone will be offering these kits at a reduced price for a group buy, more info form him when he returns to town.....

Tone has offered several kits, and yes they have all been from Tone, different manufacturers seem to make a difference!

If you are not comparing HIDs with the same color temperature, what temperature are you now recommending?

I was mostly comparing the difference in light projection, I had the 5k and now have the 6500. Most its the control of the light beam that is the biggest difference...

I bought the 65k kit from Tone as well, but I think I hooked mine up wrong cause i got no light

I have several different styles that I am testing but the ones Lisa has are the best value for the money. They have an excellent glare shield and move the lamp in and out of the housing for low and hi beam. I have another set that moves the shield in and out. Both of these are referred to as Bi-Xenon. I expect to be able to offer these for close to the old price and if I can get 3 or more pre-orders, I can do it cheaper. Details soon.

Color temp betwen 5K and 6K is noticeable and I am standardizing on the ~6K going forward.

I also have 2 kits that acutally have TWO HID capsules in the lamp assembly. Have not installed them but that will be quite a bit of light. These kits are going to be over $600 which gets a little pricey.

Well, there's your problem right there, 65K is outside of the visible spectrum.

Hey Tone I would maybe be interested in a set of the Bi-Xenon lights. I have been wanting to upgrade to these and if the price is right you can count me in for a set!!
