VX : CLOSEST THING TO A CONCEPT CAR!
I like the MSG-01 myself... !!!!
I ride a Yamaha R1.

I've been a motorcyclist since 1987. My first bike was an '86 Yamaha FZ600, then an '89 FZR600. I switched gears for a bit in '93 & got a sweet H-D Softail Custom. Rode that a few years but found out I still had unresolved thrill issues, so I ended up getting rid of it and have since been enjoying my "hooligan" bike a 1995 Ducati Monster 900. It is by far the best bike I've ever ridden. It's got lots of carbon fiber bits (including a Fast by Ferracci exhaust), a ventilated clutch cover, bar-end mirrors, an LED tachometer, and a steering damper (used to get twitchy through corners at :::cough::: certain speeds ) . I will post pics when the weather warms up & I get it out for the season.
Nice Ride Richard !
I HAD a 1974 Harley when I lived in Colorado. Sold it when I ended up in Vermont(boo-hoo )

Presently have a Honda XL1000 V2 which is in the garage due to me being a cold weather wimp. Previous bikes, BMW 1200C, BMW 1100GS and a Yamaha 850 TDM. The Honda handles the best but the 1200C was the most fun offering outraguos looks and superb handling for a lowrider.

I had a Suzuki RM125 dirt bike when I was younger, I beat the h3ll out of it and was chased by cops several times. I lost interest in that once I got a drivers license and a car.
Then about five years ago I bought a H-D Sportster 1200. Nice ride but decided to sell it and put the $$ towards the VX. Much happier with that!
I'm sure I'll get another bike again someday, just not sure what it would be. I like the looks of that Guzzi...
Started riding with a 55cc Suzuki in 1964. Then on to a 90cc Honda / 160cc Honda / 305cc Honda Superhawk / 750cc Norton Commando / 1969 CB750 Honda, Bored and Stroked to 850cc, Paul Dunstall fiberglass tank, fender, fairing, custom headers & exaust.(VERY FAST). My current ride is a 1982 Suzuki GS1100EZ, purchased new, fast & confortable. Nothing like riding with the wind in your face.

I used to road-race for Kawasaki during the late 80's. Didn't quite finish two seasons due to a bad street accident that sent both my GPz and the Fiero it t-boned out on a wrecker. Got back on the horse a little over 10 years ago with a '78 KZ-1000 and have been collecting vintage Kawasaki ever since. After a recent stable cleaning I just have a '73 Z1 and a '78 Yamaha DT400 for playing a little off road. Also got my fiancee into riding and we picked her up an '86 454 LTD a while back. Considered the first Vulcan it's a quick and versatile ride with it's halved Ninja 900 engine and belt-drive.
Even though Team Green is my favorite, I love all kinds of bikes. Hope to pick up a BMW GS-1150 eventually. It's sinfully ugly bike but an absolute joy to ride.
Over 20 years of Isuzu enjoyment...
Well I still have my 86 VFR750 that I ride every once in awhile. I've got looking into the newer R1 but might wait to see what 06 brings.
Last year I got into racing the Pocket bikes at different tracks. So I have two of them, both are the Italian made Polini's - one a Carena 40cc 6.2Hp and a GPR 50cc. These are not the cheap knock offs and the power and performace is amazing for suck a little bike
All I can say it's a blast and I'm looking forwards to this year's race season.

93 Yamaha TDM chassis with a TRX 850 motor (parallel twin with a 270 deg crank so it fires like a v-twin, very torquey, sadly was never officially imported to the US) fireblade seat unit, VFR polished single sided swinging arm, hand made stainless exhausts that exit under the seat like a Duc 916 and MX sit up bars, kevlar lines etc finished off with electric blue paint....turns lots of heads!
Havent ridden it in 3 years but promised myself to get it out again this summer, also have an XR400 for dirt biking, thinking of getting rid of both though and buying a KTM 450 EXC with dirt and super moto wheels.

I ride a Honda VTX 1800 retro, sweet ride. been riding for about 22 years and i always enjoy my toys

I started back in 1989 with a '86 VFR 700 which was really beat up. I turned that into a race bike with a lot of custom stuff. I then bought another '87 VFR 700 for the street. The '86 VFR 750 are rare and when I finally found one I transfered all my racing mods over to that. I sold one 700 and kept the other for street. In 1999 I finally bought an R1 and raced that and fell in love ever since. The money I spent on the Customer 86 VFR 750 still has me kicking myself for spending too much money but oh well.
Nice to see a '86 750 viffer on the road. I still have all the Mags for the 86 vfr 750. I also still have the original manual, and some tech write ups on my custom mods to the 86-87 viffer. Since you have a rare '86 750 it is better left alone. The '86 VFR 750 was a limited production bike with very few imported from Japan. It wasn't until 1990 when Honda brought it back to the states.
Cheers,
Assimilate this .........
06 R1 should be very interesting to see... will have to be if it wants to hold against the 05 Gixxer
Gotta stick with the dirt, I've got a little Kawsaki 110 dirt bike which fits me just fine (since I'm a girl) but my boyfriend looks kinda funny on it.
In addition to my VX addiction...worse is my Honda addiction! I have had 5 different Honda's since 85. Started all on a Areo 80 scooter (yes I'll admit it) and then went to a Shadow 500, a Pacific Coast 800, a ST1100 and now a CBR1100XX. Guess I just love the Honda qaulity and reliability. And for over 20 yuears of riding..only one misshap...and that was in Dec 04, self induced. The ol' cold tires too much gas thing! As long as I am vertical not horizontal I am fine!
