I ordered Rons Clear front oval lenses and wanted to know if anyone had put amber bulbs behind them to maintain color during operation.
If so, anyone know the bulb # for amber replacement? Long life #?
Thanks

Ahhh! not the clear corners!
1156A for amber (Single filament) Front Turn Sigs
1157 is the dual filiment which would fit the rear Brake/Parking
So,, sorry!
BTW TDAWG... Nice sig!
Use bulbs with a "NA" suffix for Natural Amber, which is a clear coating, not milky. It also produces a true amber color, not milky or muted like the "A" only lamps.
Good point Sarge! Thanks
I've also noticed that American NA bulbs have a better color than some foreign produced NA bulbs.
