Auto-Manual Shifting?

Is shifting the automatic transmission like a manual transmission bad for the transmission? (not just once-in-a-while either... I'm talk'n regularly)

I wish they made a 5 or 6 speed trans for the VX... I love control!

Not unless you over-rev... It would most likely shift less than in "Auto".. I do it all the time myself..

It shouldn't hurt as long as you don't rev too high before shifting up (or shift down too early). A lot of transmissions have safety overrides to prevent over-reving - not sure if the VX tranny does. Hey - why don't you be the first to swap a Trooper manual transmission into the VX??

Would, but no T.O.D. without a LOT of modding.
