    Winch installed

Here's a EZ on EZ off set up for a winch. Takes 30 minutes to R&R. Takes 2 people and a few "F" words though cause it weighs a little over 100lbs. It telescopes into the original frame. Winch was on another 4X4 I owned.

Nice job Rocketman. I remember that you had a different winch before this one. I assume this is your Proton.
From Unimog to VX - a serious change in velocity - a small sacrifice in voracity.

    due,

I would so knock it off wheeling. I gave up attaching and reattaching my front license plate do to me scraping it off wheeling from such severe approach and departure angles. Even my roller fairlead gets dirt coated but it is welded on to my winch bumper, so it is not as weak as a license plate.

if you love it, then that's all that matters and I hope it is functional as well.
