Some feature questions before purchase

The wife finally approved the purchase of this truck! Some q...

1) Did it always come standard with power locks, windows, mirrors, cruise, tilt, keyless entry, intermittent wipers?

2) Does the gas door open from the inside or outside?

3) Are there factory skid plates already installed?

4) Is there a power socket plug in the back?

5) How difficult is the rear hatch popper accessory to install?

5. 2-3 hrs to install if you have basic electrical/mechanical skills
