Greddy E-Manage, SC and more boost?

I've got an S/C. I'm going to install a Greddy E-Manage piggyback fuel controller and dyno tune.

For those who might know, would the Greddy E-Manage, properly tuned, allow me to run more boost (6 psi), or are there more obstacles to running more boost on our motors than fuel management?

I was going to try LS1 edit since we share the same ECU. From what i understand the tranny is the weak link and there is nothing you can do to beef it up. I am planning on stepping to 24lb injectors with 8-10 psi on my Axiom kit i am designing.
