    Thumbs up

Hmmm... might have to make another NC run!

Folks, this is a great place for VX's to do their thing and you can run bone-stock and have a blast. I went with OEM 18" Duelers and had no issues at all. Check out the pics in the "Events" gallery. Great fun and great folk to trail with!

I'm going to go, and if I can find a set of skid plates for the underbelly, I'll take the VX wheelin bone stock.

DISCLAIMER: UNLESS IT RAINS IN WHICH CASE I'LL BE EITHER,

    A) FINDING A SET OF TSL's

    or

    B) RIDING WITH TAD - 1.

Wuss! Here's a video clip of me doing it in the wet bone stock: Uwharrie Dragon.

This time 'round I'll bring the Geolandar M/T+ set since I've got Kumho Ecsta STX rubber now on the 18's.

PS: If someone knows how to convert the HUGE .avi file in my link to a more manageable .mpg I'd appreciate it!

What that pic doesn't show is me pushing on his fender to keep the VX from sliding into the hole, then me falling into the hole as he goes by.

I beat up the trooper pretty bad when it was slick.

I really just don't want to slide off the trail into a tree to be honest.

Thanks MZ-N10, but that's my file on my web site. I'm pretty much a video n00b and would like to change it to an .mpg so it's more easily viewed by whoever's interested. It's over 60MB as-is right now, so didn't know if there was an easy way to convert or re-code it rather than have to go through the whole process of encoding from the original videotape again.

As much as I want to be a VehiCROSS owner, the pleasure still eludes me...

I just popped over here to make the announcement and invite all of our VX brothers and sisters to Uwharrie… but I see that Tad has already beaten me to it.

So, is it official - can I add you two to the Attendance List?

-> Joe Black (It'll be great to see you again!)
    -> Maugan_VX

unfortunately I just realized that I have a prior re-occurring comittment on Halloween Saturday every year known as Cary Band Day. My girl's mother is in charge of it, and every stinkin year I've got to go help out with it against my wishes. It sucks.
