Hi, new to the forum! Just looking to buy a vehicross and have a question.
I am looking at 15" wheels for the vehicross. Will they fit? I want to run 31x12.50 pro comp x-terrains that i already own.
No need to lift?

Whether the wheels will fit depends on the bolt pattern, width, and offset. The diameter will determine if they can fit the brake disks, but I don't think that'll be a problem. Bolt pattern has to be 6 x 5.5" and backspacing = (width - offset) / 2 should be about 4 to 6". You will have to lift and probably trim some cladding with those tires.

You'll also want to check the size of the center bore. The VX has a larger hub diameter than most .

That setup will work without a lift, you will just have to trim a little bit of the front cladding. Try to find a good offset too. The 12.5 is what is going to make the fit difficult without a lift.
2001 Ironman Daily Driver... 3.5" suspension lift (OME912 springs and 1" spring spacer), ball joint flip, 1.5" front diff. drop, 33"x12.5 TrXus MT, 16x10 Eagle Alloy rims, Interceptor, PV muffler, K&N air filter, Alpine Supercharger, Bilstein shocks, and some trimming.
2000 Ironman Project LS-1 VX... very slow progress but someday....... ohhhhh someday......
All good info above, especially the center bore. I've got a set of 15" wheels from a Nissan Frontier that are currently shod with Yokohama 30X9.50 Geolandar MT+ tires. The only issue I had was clearance of the upper A-arm, which removed about 1mm of material from the inner portion of the rim. Caliper clearance is tight, so just be sure to test fit before you commit. Nissan truck wheels are a good choice though, as there is a variety of styles and you can find them in quantity at just about any used wheel shop. I got mine from eBay as a "removed-new" set complete with center caps and hardware for less than $200 delivered.

As i am in the middle east fitting after market wheels is difficult. I will check what factory styles the dealers have in stock. I am also looking at the calmini 3" lift. What is the biggest tire you can fit with the 3" lift without rubbing? I do not want to re-gear as well.
I could keep the stock 18s. Just need to find a nice offroad tire. I guess nitto makes some.
Thanks for the info guys.
If you were to put the 3" lift on you would be able to fit 32x11.5 tires easily maybe just some minor trimming of plastic up front. 33x12.5's are a bit big and require trimming around the back of front cladding. (And I am still getting rubbing in some situations)
