Bill, I've made many attempts to contact you through your full PM box here on the forum and directly via email. After paying you promptly on July 23rd via PayPal I have yet to receive the roof-rack or any response to my request for a status or tracking number. If you no longer have any intention of honoring the transaction please refund my money, I'll even eat the PayPal fee. Otherwise just ship the rack and send me a tracking number.
I don't like airing this here, but want to give you one last opportunity as I see from your profile you've been on the board here frequently since the transaction. The purchase was made from you in good faith, and I'm a very understanding person. But I have little tolerance for those who take advantage of others. Do not prove yourself to be among that ilk.
