Texans to Moab Austin stop

As the Texas crew leaves on Sat May 10th we need to coordinate where everyone is going to meet up for the convoy. While going up through Fort Worth is not the most direct route, it does allow us to meet up with the 2-3 Dallas VXes that are going. We plan on leaving Austin early Sat morning and meet up outside of Ft Worth on 287 by 11 and then continue on to Amarillo for the evening. Then off to Pueblo, CO on Sunday afternoon for BBQ at Scott’s and ve in Moab Monday afternoon.

If any of the Houston folkes would like to come up to Austin Friday evening and get that part or the drive out of the way, you are more than welcome to stay at my house or Lisa’s - between the 2 of us, we should be able to accommodate everyone.

Any others? Reg is going straight from Corpus to Moab so will miss our convoy. I’ve got one full size bed, one twin, one couch and room for several sleeping bags.

I'm not sure what I'm doing yet. I'm trying to figure out how I'm going to get my lift installed and make the trip to east texas to pick up my tires before we leave for Moab.
