Moab 2006...you wish you were here!

For those of you who were not able to join in on the fun this is the official post for trail reports and photos from all the action here in Moab!

I'll get it started
Day one...VX run
14 VX conquered Gold Bar Rim. No damage and a lot of newbs with a new appreciation for what their VX will do. Todd was a great host and we got some great shots of Gemini Bridge loaded with VXs. It was a sight to see! You'll just have to take my word until I post up some of the 80 pics I took.

Day two...Hells Revenge
Lets just say there are now 4 VXs that have made it up Hells Gate!
I was the first to go down the entrance and then came back up the same way. Victor (VCamilo) then threw down the gauntlet and climbed out the exit with no problems thanks to some great spotting by Dallas (StinkyFab)! Val then went down and up the entrance. Then since a "girl" did it Biju had to do it. So down and up the entrance he went. He's come a long way since since last year. Next to accept the challenge was Tom (tomdietrying). Down he went and then down I went for round two. Tom went up the exit with little trouble. I was up next. As usual my run had a little more "thrill factor". I'll let the pictures do the talking (they will come later). The three of us also conquered Tip Over Challenge.

The two trails run so far (Gold Bar Rim & Hells Gate/tip toe) have been INSANELY cool!!! So much action, adrenaline, and memories in the making....

I'm far from a vet, but no longer (technically anyways) a Zu nooob as this is my second event. Let me tell ya, it's quite the rush to see all the new people truly 'discover' their VX's for the first time just like I did a year ago. All have done exceedingly well as the good times are indeed ROLLING!!

There's no shortage of inspiration on the trails. Upon approach to some obstacles it seems impossible to do - then, BEHOLD!, a VX'er will jump right on it and offer up confidence for those who may be a little intimidated. Before you know it there are VX's all over those same obstacles, while others in the caravan sit back and watch us play like monkeys on a jungle gym!
