ladys and gentlement. I will be a proud owner of a '99 silver VX in just 4 hours. If there was an emoticon for extreme happiness I would put it "here". Maybe this will work

I am finally a proud parent of a 99 VX. 33K miles for $9500. Seems to run perfect aside from a sqweaking noise coming from the hood I think i think its loose or something ill look into later. But I am officially a member. and now i can change the N/A from my header to 99 Silver VX
Addiction is right! I'm on my third. Twist the rubber stoppers under the hood to quell the squeak. Welcome!

the hood squeaking is probably the rubber stoppers arent adjusted all teh way, and welcome to teh club.
the squeaking could also be dirty sway bar bushings.
Either go to the pressure washer and spray em, or search for bushings here, moncha had a link on some nice ones.
