I found a list of Technical service Bulletins at ALLDATA for the 2001 VX.

Does anyone have a library of these available?

If not, I'm going to try and get them - try the "free" way first (ask/beg dealer), then probably pay for a subscription if I have to. If I get them, I'll try to post a PDF of the package.
