Wet Carpet

The carpet on the drivers side of my 2000 Ebony is wet. I did drive a week ago for about 5 hours in heavy rain but since then it has been parked indoors with the windows down so it should have dried out. Has anyone else had wet carpet. The passengers side is dry.

I searched the archives and found lots of water problems listed. I guess now it's time to find the leak and fix it. Don't know what I'm gonna do about the musty smell though.
