    Peeling Wheels

Has anyone ever tried sanding down the inside aspect of the wheels affected by the corrosion, then spray painting it flat black? Would not really see the area painted unless one stares through to the inside of the wheel. Have to do something soon before the winter as the peeling chrome is getting noticably close to the outside of the rim. Any input would be appreciated!

I'd start with a wire brush to knock down the edges, I'm guessing peeling chrome would be really sharp in close proximity to fingers.
Then, either spray flat black or use a brush/roll on bedliner type stuff.

    My solution...

My solution to my peeling rims:

Buy new rims for winter, keep the stock rims for summertime!
