Receiver mounted Cargo Carrier $40 at Harbor Freight

I have moved to the country and now must take my garbage to the dump/recycling center (no curbside like in the city). The trailer was too big so I found my solution...the receiver mounted cargo carrier. It is rated to hold 500 pounds. It is normally $60 but it is on sale now for $40. The SKU number is S34313 and the UPC is 792363343138. I would consider it medium weight construction. Photo is in my gallery (first photo).

Nice find, DK. $40 is a great price for somethin so useful. I personally think something a little larger would suite my needs better, but Harbor Freight has many great options, including a fold up trailer frame kit for about $230. Lowes sells a pre-assembled trailer of about the same size that DOESN'T fold up for about $700.

That fold up trailer looks like exactly what I need! Any idea how fast I can drive with those 12" tires though?
